A few years back I decided to try the ebay craze. At first I was a skeptic thinking the quality of the sales on ebay would be poor. At first when I started I found it very confusing with the "Buy It Now" and the bidding. I soon realized there were benefits to both.
The benefit to a "Buy it Now" is that usually there is not rush or waiting to find decent deals. I prefer if they are similar in price to do the "Buy it Now." The benefit to bidding is that you can get the very best price for you.
One precaution I have when it comes to a purchase is that you always look at the seller's feedback. The seller's feedback is the feedback given from the buyer about the quality and reliability of the seller. This is important because you want to make sure that the person/company selling the product does not try to jip you.
I bought a watch once from a seller and it took a month to receive it. I had to file a formal complaint through ebay in order to get the watch I purchased.
